VIRTUAL Participation Confirmation for Existing Vendors

You are receiving this link because you registered to be a vendor at Bethel CT Pride’s 2020 Parade and Celebration’s rescheduled August 1 event (originally scheduled for May 1.)

Our event has been postponed until August 1, 2020 and will now be held ONLINE.

We require you to confirm or decline your commitment to vending at our virtual event by completing the form below.

Response Deadline: June 15

All pre-registered vendors must confirm if they will or will not be vending by completing the form below by June 15. If we do not hear from you,  your vendor fee will be kept by Bethel CT Pride. 

What if we cancel our virtual event? If we fully cancel, we will refund all registrants unless you would like us to keep your registration fee as a donation towards Bethel CT Pride.

If you elect Decline Option 2: We will be issuing refunds to pre-registered in-person May 2, 2020 and in-person August 1, 2020 vendors who have confirmed that they are unable to attend our new date and would like a refund of their vendor space fee. The deadline to reply is June 15, 2020. All refunds will be mailed as checks to the mailing address inputted on this form. Please bear in mind this may take us a few weeks as we are all volunteers and managing a lot with this transition.
